2014 Bugatti Veyron Jean Bugatti at the Frankfurt Motor Show

Following the successful launch of its "Les Légendes de Bugatti" (Bugatti Legends) series at 2013 Pebble Beach in California, Bugatti presents the second vehicle in this exclusive edition as a world premiere at the 2013 Frankfurt International Motor Show. The French luxury car manufacturer intends the Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse "Jean Bugatti" to be a celebration of the oldest son of company founder Ettore Bugatti and his most famous creation, the Type 57SC Atlantic. Like all other five models in the Legend series, the "Jean Bugatti" is limited to three vehicles. It costs 2.28 million euros (plus tax and other charges).

2014 Bugatti Veyron Jean-Pierre Wimille Limited Edition

Bugatti, a brand with a rich history unique in the car industry, is celebrating its heroes. The French luxury marque will bring out an exclusive edition, "Les Légendes de Bugatti" (Bugatti Legends), to commemorate the renowned names which have played a crucial role in its history and which have helped creating its mystique. In the 90th anniversary year of the 24 Heures du Mans, the first Legend is dedicated to a personality who is central to the history of motor sports and intimately linked with the Bugatti company: Jean-Pierre Wimille, who garnered two victories for Bugatti at Le Mans. The Bugatti Legend "Jean-Pierre Wimille" will make its début in the eyes of the world during Monterey Auto Week in California next month, and be on display at The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering (August 16) and The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance (August 18). The next 12 months will see the launch of six individual Bugatti Legends based on the Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse.

At the 2014 New York Auto Show, Chevrolet has officially unveiled the 2015 Chevrolet Trax. The 2015 Trax will offer versatility, connectivity and turbocharged performance in an efficient package. Sporty and modern, Trax blends small-car agility with the utility of an SUV has a "dual-port" grille, sweptback headlights and muscular rear fenders. The model also has plastic body cladding and 16- or 18-inch wheels.

At the 2014 New York Auto Show, Chevrolet has officially unveiled the 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. The new exterior styling cues are inspired by the all-new Impala and restyled 2014 Chevrolet Malibu as it adopts a new front bumper, a "dual-port" grille and LED daytime running lights (on LT and LTZ variants). The model also has revised taillights and an updated color palette, while more intuitive controls update the interior. New voice-controlled features enhance safety when responding to text messages in the vehicle.

The world’s fastest roadster is a Bugatti. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse has set the world speed record for open-top production sports cars at the Volkswagen Group’s proving grounds in Ehra-Lessien where TÜV, the renowned independent German organisation for Technical Inspection and Certification, has officially confirmed that a top speed of 408.84 km/h (254.04 mph) was achieved. The Vitesse was driven by the Chinese racing driver Anthony Liu. The World Record Car will be unveiled to the world for the first time at the Shanghai Motor Show 2013 in April.

At the 2012 Paris International Motor Show, Bugatti has presents a special edition for 2013 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse in a unique Bianco and New Light Blue colour scheme at Volkswagen Group Night only. The colour combination is based on the famous Type 37A, which was built in 1928, won a multitude of Grand Prix races in its time and is now owned by Jay Leno. Dynamics in figures. The new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse boasts a remarkable maximum torque of 1,500 Nm (at 3,000-5,000 rpm) from the 7.9-liter capacity of its W16 engine.
